Family to Family of RI Etiquette:

The sole purpose of Family to Family of RI is to provide information and support from one family member to another. Other uses are not permitted.
All parties are expected to respect the privacy of family members and to maintain the confidentiality of information shared.
Respect preferred method and time of contact as listed for each member.
When contacting members by phone, keep initial contact between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
When contacting members by e-mail, indicate "Family to Family of RI" in the subject line to ensure your mail is recognized. It is not uncommon for individuals to disregard email from unknown sources.
